All the cats and dogs that are available for adoption from the AWL have been desexed, microchipped, vaccinated and health checked and are ready to go.
The adoption cost starts at $50.
The pets may be at one of three AWL locations - Wingfield, Port Adelaide or Edinburgh North
Adoption opening times: 7 days a week, 10am - 3pm

The CFS has set the dates for the coming fire season in the Mount Lofty Ranges from December 1st 2017 to April 30th 2018.
All residents are asked to prepare for the coming fire danger season by clearing vegetation around their properties and houses, keeping grass mowed and gutters cleaned.

Minton Farm Animal Rescue
Minton Farm Animal Rescue Centre
Minton Farm has operated as a free community service for 26 years. They have rescued over 11,000 injured and orphaned native animals and birds. The Centre relies on donations, volunteers and community goodwill.
Hillbillys café at Blackwood are coordinating the drive to assist Minton Farm during December.
Suitable Food for the rescued animals includes:
• Bird seed and Weetbix
• Rolled oats and Muesli
• Wheat and Sweet biscuits
• Washing liquid and Detergent
• Baby wipes and Baby fruits
• Dog food- tinned and dry food
Please place donations in the wheelbarrow under the Christmas Tree outside Hillbilly’s Café at Blackwood.
Blue Sky Theatre The School For Scandal 2018
Blue Sky Theatre presents THE SCHOOL FOR SCANDAL a Sheridan’s Comedy classic goes back to the 1950’s in a new version play.
Performing under the stars from January till early February 2018 in gardens across SA.
Starting in Victor Harbor on the 12th, 13th and 14th January. Mount Pleasant on the 20th and 21st January. Carrick Hill on the 26th, 27th and 28th January and Stangate House, Aldgate on the 2nd and 3rd of February.
