ANIMAL WELFARE LEAGUE Pet of the Week
All the cats and dogs that are available for adoption from the AWL have been desexed, microchipped, vaccinated and health checked and are ready to go.
Adoption costs start from $25.

The pets may be at one of three AWL locations - Wingfield, Port Adelaide or Edinburgh North

Adoption opening times: 7 days a week, 10am - 3pm

CAT of the week is SENCHA, a pretty 3 year old girl looking for a caring, new family.

DOG of the week is KARMA, a fun-loving, active 10 year old girl - I know that at 10 years old I might have to sell you the benefits of taking on an older dog - sweet, loving, an indoor dog where I can cosy up to my new owner

The Summit Community Centre is calling on all emerging and established artists to submit their works and take part in SALA @ The Summit in August.

This year's theme "Adelaide Hills - Four Seasons to be Happy" is looking for artwork exploring leisure, laughter, love and life in the Hills.

Entries for artwork closes at 3.00pm Tuesday 31st of July.

SMART meeting in Mount Barker
A weekly SMART recovery meeting will be held every Friday at 10am at
57 Wellington Road, Mount Barker.

What is SMART?

SMART (Self Management and Recovery Training) is a free group program assisting any problematic behaviours. Specialising in alcohol and other Drug use, these free meetings use the principles of cognitive behavioural therapy to help attendees with motivation and coping with cravings or urges in order for them to achieve their own goals regarding their own situation.

This meeting is for anyone in the community to just rock up either weekly or sometimes.
